Social Impact and CSR

B2C2 is proud to harness our talent and drive positive societal impact, in conjunction with notable non-profit partners and schools globally. We recognise the importance of giving back to the communities we are part of. Our Social Impact programme focuses on educational initiatives and empowering women in crypto. In the CSR space we focus on initiatives championed by our employees and aspire to develop this offering in 2025.

At B2C2, we are proud to collaborate with organisations that lead the way in driving positive change. These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to making a lasting difference, and we look forward to continuing this journey together.

In addition to financial support, we provide pro bono strategic advice to a select group of partners – helping decision-makers deliver their organisation’s charitable mission.

Social Impact

We believe that education is the most powerful lever for social mobility. Through partnerships with local schools, mentorship programs, and accessible training platforms, we are dedicated to providing individuals from underserved communities with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the workforce.

We are committed to driving economic mobility by creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals in economically disadvantaged communities. Our focus is on supporting advancement opportunities to uplift individuals and communities.

In today’s world, access to technology is essential for social mobility. Our company is dedicated to bridging the digital asset divide by offering skills training and access to experts to ensure all individuals can succeed in the digital economy.

By focusing on long-term impact, we aim to support individuals in overcoming barriers and achieving success in their chosen paths.
We are now in our second year of supporting Future Frontiers. In the UK, family income is the strongest predictor of how well a young person will do at school and the future opportunities they will have. Future Frontiers exists to change this, by partnering leading businesses, like B2C2, with local schools to deliver a programme of careers coaching that changes lives and develops volunteers.
More information can be seen in the Future Frontiers Annual Impact Report.

Codebar is a charity that facilitates the growth of a diverse tech community by running free, regular programming workshops for minority groups in tech. B2C2 offers office space for such programmes and employees give their time to share knowledge and information about the industry.

We had a fantastic turnout from the industry for our #IWD2025 drinks, celebrating the incredible women shaping the future of crypto, finance, and tech. Baroness Dr Kay Swinburne and Kate Vanek shared their experiences and inspiring insights—it was a privilege to hear their perspectives on leadership, inclusion, and driving meaningful change in the industry.

At B2C2, we’re committed to fostering a more diverse and inclusive financial ecosystem. Events like these are a reminder of the impact that collective action and strong networks can have in shaping the future.

Corporate Social Responsibility

In the CSR space each employee receives a day a year to focus on an initiative close to their interests. In 2024 this included working at food banks, community gardening, elderly people’s tea parties and charity football games. As a firm we organised a Christmas toy donation initiative across our London and New Jersey offices.

The London office has developed a relationship with its nearest school and volunteers have offered time to improve outside spaces for the children. The Aldgate School is the only state-funded school in the City of London with just over 200 primary pupils as well as a nursery and preschool. The playground and roof terrace garden are of huge value to the children's school experience and childhoods. It is a historical site built on the Eastern gate of the Roman city walls of Londinium. The volunteers unearthed some beautiful pieces of antique tiles as well as some modern finds such as Lego, Stickle Bricks and a toy lobster.

In 2025 we plan to take part in the JPM Corporate Challenge and continue to encourage employee use of CSR days.
