Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to deliver the marketing strategy for B2C2 as a whole. The role includes defining a suitable marketing mix within a defined budget to support B2C2 in its growth targets. The successful applicant will liaise with senior managers, traders, product and sales to identify opportunities to support the performance of the company and find solutions to any challenges.


• Design and lead the implementation of the firm’s marketing plan, working with the in-house team to ensure success
• Drive marketing campaigns to increase revenue and grow the brand
• Measure, analyse and report the performance of marketing campaigns vs goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Produce high quality marketing content
• Project manage the content calendar
• Develop a best-in-class digital presence that drives awareness and engagement among our target clientbase
• Leverage the firm’s network of clients and partners for co-marketing opportunities
• Manage spend against budget
• Additional ad hoc duties as required

• Expertise in the broad marketing mix, particularly digital marketing
• In-depth knowledge of marketing operations including demand generation
• Proven experience in planning, executing and measuring campaigns to win new clients and cross sell to existing clients
• Team builder and team player, adept at gaining buy-in across functions (sales, product, trading)
• Highly effective communicator (verbal and written) with the ability to produce compelling, creative and original content
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Flexible attitude
• Business management skills including budgeting and planning
• Self-starter, able to work on their own initiative
• Able to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Able to roll-up their sleeves and execute on all marketing activity
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to coach and grow talent
• 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
• Interest in financial and crypto markets

• Undergraduate degree

Though we are operating fully remotely while we navigate the current public health climate, this role will ultimately be located in the London office.
